Posted in April. I'm not sure if this method still works or not. Fortunately it doesn't take much time to find out.

Found today (courtesy of the newsletter) is this way to earn 100 points.

Login to your BoomerTowne account and go to your profile.

Edit your profile.

Under the basic tab, fill in your gender and your income level and click submit.

There you go, 100 points.

These points do count toward your 1500 daily limit.

I suppose one could modify their income occasionally to keep your profile updated for multiple 100 bonus points.

Boomertowne has not had many updates lately.

I have not seen any new Scavenger Hunt Clues in about 3 weeks but I'll continue to look for new clues and update this site as needed.

It seems that many of the celebrity videos have been removed as well as the profiles for some celebrities. This makes it harder to earn the 120 points daily that was mentioned on this site earlier. Sure they were easy points, but some of the information was worthwhile. Here's to hoping that the videos will return.

This isn't the easiest way to earn some extra points but it can be done.

Earn close to, but not, 1500 points in a day. Ideally earn 1499 points to maximize the benefit of this trick.

Do not chat until you reach this daily points level. Enter chat, have a great discussion that is at least 2 messages and earn your 100 points.

This is a way to surpass your 1500 daily points cap and earn up to 1599 points a day.

Join by May 31st - Membership changes

If you are simply browsing this site and are not currently a member of Boomertowne then join before the end of this month when new membership terms will take effect.

Effective June 1st, all new members will only earn half the current value on points. 1000 points will be worth $1 for everyone who joins after May 31st.

Twice as long to earn rewards doesn't sound that great. No word on whether Gold and Platinum membership levels will change.

This also means that the selling of accounts as seen on some forums will continue as grandfathered accounts will have a much greater earning potential.

Click on each of the first eight games (Excluding Mahjong) and wait for the game to load. For just loading the game and not completing you get 10 points plus the 1 point for visiting the unique page.

For the points associated with Mahjong, you must finish the game.

This seems to be a frequent question that leads visitors to this site.

I can speak from personal experience that I have received 2 Visa Gift Cards in the past. From the date of order, it took about 3 weeks for the cards to arrive.

I have heard that there are some people now waiting up to 8 weeks to get their rewards.

Does Boomertowne Pay ?

How to not lose points

In the past few days Boomertowne has been removing points from it's users for doing the following.

To cut down on scamming points, Boomertowne has begun subtracting 7 points (some say 10 points) per friend removal if you remove more than 1 friend per day. It sounds like people were requesting friends then removing them to only request them again, allowing them to double or triple up on points.

Combine this with the cheating bots that are apparently being used and you can quickly see how a lot of people are maximizing their 1500 points daily.

Clue Difficulty

People occasionally complain that the walkthroughs do not lead them to the correct pages.

I think that what causes this is the fact that sometimes while browsing Boomertowne, the clues in the scavenger hunt change without notice. If you view the clues when not signed in then login, often times the clues change. This can also occur while remaining logged in. It has happened where I'll return to the scavenger hunt clues while remaining logged in and within the same session to find new clues.

As well, some people, including myself, have trouble finding the clues in the forums. Depending on how you navigate to certain pages (i.e. not following the same pages as listed on the walthrough posts or going directly to the page) the icon to click may not be there.

All answers posted here have been confirmed by me except for those answers that are found on the forums at Boomertowne as I am not able to find any icons located there. Most other users are able too.

Here's how to get another 30+ points every day.

Under Lifestyle is the Refund37101's Daily Tips section. After clicking on this, click on 'user tips' on the left hand side.

Each page has 5 tips for you to read. Rate each on by picking 1 to 5 on the drop down menu and the clicking 'Rate It'.

Rate 6 complete pages plus 4 more tips on the next page to max out your points at 100 plus 7 points for all of the pages viewed.

As of today you could do this 4 times. It looks like there are only about 5-6 new tips being added every day but as with all of the other sections on Booomertowne, you can expect this one to grow rapidly.
